Small fruit with high oil yield.
Arbequina
Early-ripening and productive fruit. A smooth, well-balanced oil, typical of Tunisia’s high-density olive groves.
Arbosana
Complementary to Arbequina, resilient and well suited to mechanized harvesting in modern olive groves.
